The symmetrical triangle shape is easy to fit and looks great on most figure types. Because they are symmetrical, the forms are interchangeable and fit both the left and right side of the body. The full triangle shape has a full front profile and a curved back to conform and fit snugly against the chest wall. The built in nipples are prominent enough to look real and give a natural appearance. They fit in full figured fashion bras with or without an underwire as well as in prosthetic bras with built-in pockets.
